if there's anything wrong with the product you receive, we will do our best to fix it and reach your satisfaction.
We offer a 30-day exchange or return on all unused. If you are not fully satisfied with your item we can help you find the style or size that's right for you. Please contact us by sending an email to support@drpen.us. If there's any problem, please take pictures and send them to us anytime.
Please note that for all returns not related to quality issues, we will not charge a restocking fee, however you should bear the shipping cost. The specific cost should be determined by the courier company you choose. Thank you for your understanding.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund within two days after we received your package. Once processed, we will send a confirmation letter for your notice.
