Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed. We work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible.

Total delivery time
Depending on where you live, receiving time usually takes:
- United Kingdom: 4-12 business days
- France: 4-12 business days.
- ltaly: 4-12 business days
- USA: 7-12 business days
There might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 12 business days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information.

Customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping.
